seasons of a human flower
It’s spring.
Surrounded by a crowd I see
the flowers bloom.
Inhaling human breath I’ll be
the last forgotten groom.
It’s summer.
Surrounded by few, I know
the flowers fade.
Exhaling human breath I’ll go
into the trap they’ve made.
It’s autumn.
Surrounded by myself I cry,
the flowers starve.
Inhaling nothing more I’ll die.
It’s winter.
Surrounded by the sweetest song,
‘trees of green, red roses too’,

love is like truth,
a burning desire serving eternal youth,
a beautiful butterfly unfolding its wings,
a dancing puppet on God’s strings,
a spider’s web in the early morning,
a tired worker who’s cosily yawning,
an unbroken heart on its bittersweet way,
adorned with a forest of desperate cries,
and a street with houses of the finest lies,

You showed me letters to
your treasure island, who
is overgrown with roses and
a single tree on holy land.
Your holey land’s a holy lie,
wrath arosed within, so I
